Refunds due to performance cancellation or postponement will be processed according to our designated method for customers who complete the necessary procedures within the longer of the following time periods: the pre-specified refund period for each performance or two months from the start of the refund procedure.
Additionally, you may be required to complete the refund application procedure yourself when processing refunds. -
Please note that we will not issue any refunds to customers in the following cases:

- (2)If you fail to submit a ticket refund application.
